Rongoa The Rongoa Māori Service offers a holistic approach to healing based on recognising the needs and well-being of Māori whānau as well as non-Māori. Rongoā Māori is the traditional healing system of Māori. It focuses on the oral transmission of knowledge, diversity of practice and the spiritual dimension of health. Rongoā Māori encompasses herbal remedies, physical therapies and spiritual healing. The Rongoa service includes; Mirimiri massage We have a practitioner who delivers the ‘Rongoa Traditional Healing Service’, on behalf of the Ministry Of Health in the Far North.
